PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

OUR GUARANTEE:
All flowers are freshly cut, carefully selected and packed before shipment. We will replace your order or give you a refund in the event of damage in transit. To qualify for a replacement credit, advise us within five days of receipt, or expected receipt for non-delivery.

Substitution of equal or greater value may occur due to seasonal availability, without notification.

SHIPPING:
Because of the seasonal nature of most tropical flowers we will offer an assorted variation to the mix, but guarantee equal or greater value in any substitutions without notification. All flowers are shipped wikiwiki (fast & timely) by FEDEX. Add $10 per give box for winter pack S/B gift box insulation October-April. Sales tax applicable where necessary.

We ship Federal Express-Economy Service. Please allow 3 to 4 days for delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited services are available for an extra charge. Please call for more info.

Shipments to Alaska via Federal Express will incur an additional US $10 off-shore charge. Complete and accurate addresses are necessary for delivery.

Incomplete, wrong addresses, zip codes, or missing apartment numbers will delay delivery. Please be aware that Federal Express has a US $10 service charge for wrong addresses or zip code information. Should this charge occur, we will bill your credit card accordingly. Should we be responsible for the incorrect address or zipcode, Blossoms of Hawaii will of course, not hold you responsible for any charges associated with the error.

Please allow 7 or more days when ordering during the peak holiday periods (Valentine's, Mother's day, & Christmas).

WINTER PACKING:
During the months of October thru April, there is winter insulation charge of US $10. This charge includes extra foam insulation and if needed double box (box within a box), and additional freight charges.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Flowers are shipped loose, so that you may create your own "touch of aloha."
Sorry, vases are not included.

Our normal shipping days are Monday, and Tuesday. Wednesday for packages going to WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, AZ, CO and CA....for delivery before or on Friday Shipments to WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, AZ, CO, and CA.

Shipping Monday – Arrival Wednesday. Shipping Tuesday – Arrival Thursday.
Shipping Wednesday – Arrival Friday.

Shipments to the other states.

Shipping Monday – Arrival Thursday, Shipping Tuesday – Arrival Friday.

Expedited service is available for all states for an extra charge. Shipments would be delivered a day earlier. Some areas of AZ and CO are excluded.

CALIFORNIA SHIPMENTS:
California has an agricultural inspection program, that may delay a shipments delivery by a day, if they hold it for an inspection.
